The Eredivisie continues to turn orange with the latest addition to the Sports Alliance Community, sc Heerenveen. The proud club from the North of the Netherlands has recently joined Sports Alliance. They will start using the Sports Alliance tools giving shape to their data-driven ambitions.
“Although we’ve used a CRM tool for years, Sports Alliance has a more flexible approach regarding data, making it easy to send out personalized and relevant campaigns. Giving us the power of our CRM and Ticketing system together with the enhanced marketing capabilities from the Sports Alliance tools.”, says Feitze van der Hoek, Data Analyst at sc Heerenveen. “We have a challenge ahead of us to re-engage with our fanbase. We believe that the partnership with Sports Alliance will give us all the tools and best practices we need.”
Wouter van Dijk, Director Benelux: “sc Heerenveen is one of those proud clubs in the Netherlands with a loyal fanbase. However, as with all clubs, engaging with that fanbase in the right way is getting increasingly difficult. The Sports Alliance Orange Box® together with the marketing capabilities of Communicator, will give sc Heerenveen all they need to expand, engage and reconnect with their fanbase. Moreover, of course, we’re happy to see another Eredivisie club choosing Sports Alliance.”
From 2007 onwards now, Sports Alliance has been growing in the Netherlands, starting with Vitesse Arnhem and now adding sc Heerenveen as the 15th Eredivisie club to the Sports Alliance Community. “We’re proud to serve all our clubs and via them the fans in the Netherlands, almost 3.6 million in total.”, adds Wouter. “And with our latest developments we keep providing all of our clients with the tools they need to fulfil their data-driven marketing ambitions, now and in the future.”
