Welcome Nottingham Forest FC
Sports Alliance is delighted to announce a multi-year partnership with Nottingham Forest FC, following a detailed tender process, which focussed on data management, CRM and insight services. The Premier League Club are due to go live with the Orange Box® during the summer. Developing a data-driven approach to the commercial offering is seen as business critical for the Club, and the utilisation of Tableau Business Intelligence services will enable insights to be delivered across the organisation.
The agreement will also allow Forest to make use of Sports Alliance’s Embedded Analytics product. The package provides actionable marketing and sales outcomes including live retention and acquisition models for Season Card, Premium, Membership, Merchandise and Single Match Tickets.
As part of the agreement the Club are also benefiting from Sports Alliance’s partnership with DotDigital which will enable the team at the City Ground to orchestrate cross-channel messaging to fans.
