Vitesse was the first client for Sports Alliance in the Netherlands and are still a client today. Vitesse has been using Sports Alliance's Data Management services since 2008. In 2009 Sports Alliance was asked whether they could replace the Scope CRM system. For Sports Alliance this was the first implementation of a Dynamics CRM system for Corporate Sales system. Over the years this CRM system has been expanded to replace various exel-based processes.
The Corporate CRM system is currently used to manage the following processes:
- Corporate Clients and Orders
- Business Club Memberships
- Corporate Lead Management
- Supporter Services
- Employee Holidays
- Company Cars
- Time sheets
Sports Alliance and Vitesse continue to work together to elimate spreadsheets.
All Vitesse's fans, be it corporates or regular supporters, are all registered in the Sports Alliance data warehouse. From this data warehouse the data is made available in the central CRM system.
This centralized approach has enabled Vitesse to improve the efficiency of the existing processes. And Sports Alliance and Vitesse are continuing to improve the club's processes.
