Job opening: Mid/Senior Web Application Developer / Software Engineer

Sports Alliance is World’s leading supporter marketing company, based on helping clients cultivate passionate fan relationships at every level of every sport. Our clients demand a structured approach to CRM and Marketing success blending data management, strategy and software. We have over a 150 separate clubs across Football, Rugby Union, Rugby League and Cricket in UK, Netherlands, Belgium and Spain, and recently announced a partnership with SSB in the USA.
We are a ‘small’ company of ~40 staff, of whom ~50% are technology. Our clients and the fan relationships they represent are a lifetime work. We are planning for post-Covid growth.
Role
As a mid-level/ senior web application developer / software engineer, you will be using bleeding edge technology to aid in the development of green-field software as well as helping to maintain and extend our suite of internal and client-facing web applications and software.
You will be expected to hit the ground running and take ownership of one of our in-house products – ‘apps’ marketing, loyalty & BI, SSO – and other projects. You will also be expected to help train and mentor the more junior developers on the team as well as aid in the design and development of other projects we have in the pipeline – CMS, Community.
We are particularly keen to hear from individuals possessing between 5 – 10 years commercial experience and demonstrating a natural enthusiasm for technologies.
Frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JS, Razor
Backend: C#, SQL
Frameworks: Bootstrap, JQuery, .NET Framework, .NET CORE, MVC, Web API
Other: Azure DevOps experience, JIRA / Agile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dispersed development team.
